BrandPulse is an ongoing study of Russian consumer behavior and preferences that helps brands, agencies and media to plan and manage their marketing strategies. The project covers 420+ categories of goods and services and 3700+ brands. This is an industrial study with a huge set of consumer data and flexible service for different customer task. In addition to analyzing target groups and consumer profiles, product categories consumption, using research data in building marketing strategies, mediaplaning, Brand Pulse allows clients to quickly monitor key brand indicators, including advertising effectiveness.

Our technologies
How we do our survey
We collect data through an online survey (about 1,5 million interviews per year), which consists of two stages: at first, a respondent is to fill in a profile questionnaire once, then short
questionnaires about consumption of specific goods and services are to be sent to him/her. It will take 3-5 minutes to fill them in, it will reduce a respondent’s workload
Who are we interviewing?
The project covers the residents of Russian cities with a population of 100 000, representing people aged 14-64 years. It is represented by an online panel of 30-35 000 people.
The survey also covers an additional target groups: residents of settlements less than 100 000 people, as well as people aged 12-13 years. A significant part of the survey is also available for these groups.
Data update and delivery
Data for the main categories is updated weekly and quarterly. Information about consumer preferences and habits within product categories (Usage & Attitude) - every six months.
You can work with the results of the study in the Galileo media planning and post-campaign analysis software.
Brand Health Tracking
In addition to analyzing target groups, product categories consumption, using research data in building marketing strategies, Brand Pulse allows clients to quickly monitor key brand indicators (first mention, spontaneous knowledge and other metrics), analyze the conversion from knowledge to purchase, advertising effectiveness and analyze it’s competitives.

Clients could conduct contract research on the basis of Brand Pulse - add additional questions to the profile questionnaire for respondents, expand the list of product categories and brands, ask
repondents additionally using re-contact and so on.
